GETTING STARTED WITH ADFAST

INTRODUCTION
Before you can send files via AdFast, you must first complete the form to the right to register with us as a file sending user. Registration is free. Fields shown in bold are mandatory and the details you provide at this time are used to create your profile on AdFast. Data from this profile will accompany all jobs you send to publishers as part of that file's copy instruction details. You may edit your profile at any time from within the File Sender's suite of tools.

All files sent via AdFast are accepted subject to the AdFast User Licence Agreement. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details you provide are correct at the time of registration, and are thereafter maintained accurately. If AdFast is unable to contact you using these details, both telephone and email, your registration may be deactivated or deleted; you can however re-register at any time.

AdFast and its operating partners provide an extensive online help service, providing guidance and information on all aspects of the service. The answers to most of your questions will be found here. Visit online Help index.

LIVE HELP
In the unlikely event you cannot find the answers using our online help, we also provide live help. You may call or email us, and your query will be handled by one of our experts. All our advisors are experts in the fields of artwork and PDF creation, file delivery and pre-press requirements; all are UK based. Most queries will be answered immediately but, when we cannot, we will call you back as soon as we can with the answers.
