Overview

• AdFast charges are based on the 'AdFast Credit', used either singly or in multiple

• You can buy Credits in advance, or have a monthly/quarterly invoice based on your usage

• Detailed history of what you have bought and used is available on the AdFast web site

• The quantity of AdFast Credits used to send each job depends on:
  • the publication you select as your destination
  • the service and options you choose during the process

• Each Credit costs 75p (+ VAT), but quantity discounts may reduce this fee by up to 30% if you:
  • are a volume user with a monthly account
  • buy a large amount of Credits in advance

• The minimum delivery fee is 1 Credit, and includes all UK regional press publications

• Delivery to national titles and magazines costs more (typically 3 credits, £2.25 + VAT)

• Optional services for fixing and colour optimising files are chargeable. The number of Credits used will be shown at point of use

• Some publishers may mandate the use of some or all of these services (and, so, the charges)

• The maximum possible fee is 14 Credits (max. £10.50 + VAT)

• Free testing/training titles are available - contact AdFast Support for details

• Charges apply however you upload files: via AdFast Lite, Qmuli/AdFast (ad.fast) or any other proprietary software system

• The charge is levied per completed upload: you will not be charged for any failed uploads, but you will have to pay a second charge if you upload replacement copy for any reason

Our services

• Our basic service: the cost for each file upload is 1 AdFast Credit

• No validation service included

• Service includes all UK regional press publications but not available for all national titles

• This is the traditional AdFast service as used for over ten years

• The cost for file delivery with this service depends on the destination title you select

• Full validation and report service included on all jobs submitted

• Options available on site to fix and/or colour optimise PDF files for additional fees OR you can fix errors and handle the colour yourself (no additional fees)

• Cost of file delivery is 1 Credit for regional press titles, 3 Credits for national titles

• Cost of the optional file fix is 1 Credit (regional press) or 2 Credits (national press)

• Cost of colour optimisation is 2 Credits (regional press) or 9 Credits (national press)

• Exact cost of each job is shown on site at point of use

• You have complete control of the services you require on a per job basis

How to pay

• Apply all your charges to your account, one account can cover multiple AdFast users

• Receive a single regular invoice (PDF by email) with itemised billing available on site

• Settlement (28 days from invoice date) via direct debit

• Start by completing our Application Form and our Direct Debit Mandate

• The amount you pay for each AdFast Credit depends on your usage each month

• Quick and easy PayPal service

• Use any credit/debit card, or apply your purchase to your PayPal account

• Credits available for immediate use; unused credits never expire

• Credits count down as used - full, itemised transaction history available on site

• Quantity discounts available

• No minimum quantity (but less than £15 + VAT at one time incurs a handling charge)

• Available to selected users

• Minimum purchase £40 + VAT

• A £2.50 handling charge will be applied to these orders

• Volume discounts available, unused credits never expire

• Full, itemised transaction history available on site

• Complete our Credit Order Form and email back to us

• Receive invoice, settle via BACS or credit/debit card

• Credits then applied to your chosen AdFast User(s) and ready for use

Discounts

• Available to Monthly invoice accounts (not Quarterly)

• Determined monthly, based on throughput of jobs for that month (not number of Credits used)

• To qualify, account settlement must be up to date

• Discount applied automatically during purchase
