AdFast, in association with Qmuli, is a complete premier artwork delivery system, which includes a set of tools to check, correct and optimise PDF files, a delivery mechanism with archive, and an integrated online title and specifications database. AdFast can be used by anyone with Internet access and sending one file costs from £0.75 (UK £) plus VAT. Details on how these charges can be paid are available in our costs document.

The specifications database for each title is free to use through the AdFast web site, and provides contact information, deadlines, as well as technical and production information on each title.

AdFast provides web portals for the submission of files into the system, and the web based AdFast Tracking System, a complete set of tools allowing users to track jobs to their destination and view full historical reports on all previous jobs. Information is transparent between the sender of the job and the intended publisher recipient.

AdFast is owned by the Regional Press (through the Newspaper Society) and provides a single access portal to over 1,800 individual titles in the UK and Northern Ireland, including Regional and National titles.

Submitted files must be PDF files, PDF-X1A recommended. Files are delivered to AdFast and the recipients are then automatically notified of the arrival of each file, which is instantly available for the publisher. After delivery, the sender is automatically notified of receipt.

AdFast Support monitors the system and troubleshoots where necessary, and User support down to document level is available. AdFast also provides the functionality for users to build their own reports on system use, time of delivery etc, which can be viewed on a browser or downloaded for use in Excel or other spreadsheet.
